No service (signal, texts or data) and no information on when it will be fixed since afternoon of 22nd August despite contacting twice. This is now over 24 hours. They have offered to let me know when it is working again which is absolutely uselessResponse to reply:Thank you for your response. After extensively consulting the internet I had already diagnosed that it was an issue with the carrier settings issued by yourselves. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the carrier settings the problem was still not resolved. I have had to perform a factory reset which means I have to reenter endless logins, card details etc to access all my apps again. This has been an utter waste of my time. Why it has taken your experts so long to issue this resolution is truly astonishing. This is despite contacting your customer services 5 times and being told I would be contacted back. Very very disappointing.

I can’t give zero stars otherwise I would. I got in touch with the customer service three times in two days by email and chat. The chat is appalling, they are neither able to fix issues nor escalate chat with line managers. I am abroad and for some reasons their roaming stopped working two days ago while I still have plenty of data. It’s not worth incepting a complaint in regard to the customer service received because I seriously doubt they would be able to handle It professionally. I need to check email from work from time to time and Lebara simply failed me. I will be requesting the PAC code shortly, as if clients have issues they are left in the cold.

Rahul Simon was excellent in answering queries and getting the job done. Went the extra mile in delivering outcomes.

Rama refused to cooperate to reinstate balance, I'm pensioner with disabilities, so it was difficult for me to use phone without assistance from family, which I could not see while this pandemic lockdown.

After my 85-year-old father-in-law's card got scammed and therefore its number changed by the bank, his auto-renew failed and his lebara tariff got cancelled. Consequently, his discount got cancelled too. Initially, I was told there's nothing that can be done, but after reaching out to John-Paul, I got a call from Vinesh who was an absolute star. He talked me through what needed to be done, applied a discount to reflect the original 50% off and even refunded calls made in the time when the tariff lapsed. Both JP and Vinesh went over and above their job description and I can wholeheartedly recommend Lebara for its service (customer and network). Thank you.

Excellent value for money, although had issues cancelling my monthly payments and deactivating sim card. Kristin was very helpful and a full satisfying refund for the previous 6 months was issued within 10 minutes. Excellent. Thank you for the customer support.

Talking to customer care team over the chat on one of my issue for auto renewal was great. They were able to to assist and resolve my issue quickly.

After 5 calls and a few emails to the customer Lebara team who still could NOT fix the cross like of accounts.Jeetu sorted it with in 15 mins. The others need training of this guy. Nice and helpful, thank you Jeetu ☺
